Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions. While we provide guidance and support, the ultimate responsibility for implementing changes and achieving results rests with the client.

3.3 Confidentiality

All coaching conversations and materials are confidential, subject to legal and ethical obligations. We expect clients to also maintain confidentiality regarding coaching methodologies and proprietary materials.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of BusinessAdapt and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

5. Payment and Fees

Fees for coaching services will be outlined in individual service agreements. Payment terms, cancellation policies, and refund policies will be specified in your coaching agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BusinessAdapt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Clients may terminate coaching engagements according to the terms specified in their service agreements.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York and resolved in the courts of New York County.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the modified Terms.
